Muffin-Tin Breakfast

Ingredients:
eggs
ham
muffin mix (I use Betty Crocker's blueberry or make them from scratch)
greased muffin pan


Preheat oven to 375F
Grease half of the pan
Prepare muffins
Line half of the muffin cups with one slice of ham.  Top with an egg.
Line remaining  cups with muffin papers (or grease them with Pam).  Fill these cups with muffin mixture (2/3 full).
Bake 15 to 20 minutes or until eggs are desired firmness and golden brown.  Don't overcook unless you want the yolks hard).
